“Teknologi ini mempermudah pendeteksian. Dengan menggunakan angka, sistem baru ini dapat mengenalinya dengan cepat karena memiliki kemampuan membaca huruf dan angka,” kata Johnny pada Rabu, 20 Juli 2022.

Johnny juga memastikan segala pelanggaran hukum yang dilakukan secara online akan ditindak tegas.

“Mereka yang melanggar hukum baik itu perjudian online, pornografi, perdagangan ilegal, apa pun yang tidak diizinkan oleh undang-undang adalah bagian dari tugas Kominfo untuk memblokir dan menghapus,” lanjut Johnny.

Untuk itu, pemerintah melalui Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika gencar melakukan kampanye pendaftaran Penyelenggara Sistem Elektronik (PSE) yang akan menjadi database bagi perusahaan yang legal dan beroperasi dengan baik.

“Jangan ragu. Kalau melanggar hukum tidak bisa. Jangan salah platform. Ngapain cari yang berbahaya, jangan ambil risiko. Kita bersihin fintech ilegal, e-commerce ilegal nggak boleh. , ” kata Johnny G Plate.

Namun, menurut dia, pengawasan ada pada penyedia layanan internet (ISP) bukan virtual private network (VPN).

Sementara itu, negara-negara di dunia tidak memiliki sistem untuk memonitor VPN karena merupakan private dan private area.
